Celebrating 150 years of the Talyllyn Railway by burying a time capsule at Abergynolwyn On Friday July 3rd the Sesquicentenarian’ departed Wharf with a host of VIP guests, followed by a second train at 11.40.
They travelled to Abergynolwyn for the ceremonial burying of a time capsule with contributions from local schools.
Our special guests Timothy West and Prunella Scales were on hand to bury the time capsule in the platform at Abergynolwyn.
