Unsurprisingly a lot of work has taken place on our saloon carriage 20 over the holidays as it’s in the warm paintshop.
A small team of volunteers have been working hard to replace several rotten panels, put the new beading on and start painting in earnest.
Thanks to their hard work rebuilding the carriage, it’s in a state to start varnishing inside. Our locos are now having a rest until February.
