The Talyllyn Railway is up and running from February 15th to 22nd despite the previous bad weather and storms in the region.
Some trees did fall close to the railway line and daily inspections took place throughout the bad weather that affected Tywyn and the rest of Wales. Staff and volunteers have been very busy clearing the line of fallen branches but all services, including the Cafes and Playground are up and running.
We are delighted that the railway is Open for Business! We look forward to welcoming previous and new visitors to the railway this February, and hope it is a timely rest after a poor weather start to the year.
