Testing times… Following an extensive overhaul the usual procedure is to test the loco under engineering supervision.
On Wednesday 3rd July No 6 solo hauled an evening test train to fully test the braking systems.
On Saturday evening she double headed with No 4 Edward Thomas on the ‘Peter Jones Compton Down’ special train, part of the popular Llechfan Garden Railway weekend. It won’t be long before No 6 is out hauling passenger trains again!
