Over the past couple of weeks as the trains wind down for the winter, activity elsewhere has increased. Work continues on Loco No 4 Edward Thomas, carriage 21 is less pink and No 1 Talyllyn has been dismantled ready for the usual winter maintenance.
No 4 Edward Thomas has had various bits of pipework reattached and will soon be ready for testing the boiler under water pressure.
Progress continues on Carriage 21 in the paintshop.
