One of the locomotives of the Whipsnade and Umfolozi railway shot in the late 1970's. Can anyone positively identify it?

The locomotive is 'Isibutu' - a 2 Foot gauge 4-4-0T
The photograph is actually at Knebworth Park and the locomotive has since been restored to working order at the North Gloucestershire Railway at Toddington, next to the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Railway.
