3 foot gauge Lowca Engineering Co. 0-4-2T "Regina" at the Beau Champ sugar factory. There are two of these Fletcher Jennings/Lowca engines at Beau Champ. This one has been reboilered with a higher pitched boiler than the original and has become something of an ugly duckling.
