4-8-0 Colombian National Railways Locomotive #68, built 1928, stands on track adjacent to the preserved old station building at Girardot, Colombia. East of the station is a famous bridge over the Magdalena River constructed by Armstrong Whitworth, but now used only be pedestrians as a short cut to the suburb of Flandes, once the site of Colombia's major locomotive works.
