Double heading with 0-4-0T Orenstein & Koppel 'Pakis Baru No1' leading, and 0-4-2T Krauss 'Scragi No1'. Pakis Baru's tender is not an original feature, it was fitted in Indonesia to enable the locomotive to work in the fields having an adequate supply of fuel and water.
