In 2005 and 2006, I watched again and again as bins fell between the rails here on track that would gave been 100mm or more over gauge, about 10 metres before the road, they moved diagonally to the left so that the right side wheels were in the 2 foot and the left side were over the left rail. As they got to the bitumen road, they re-railed themselves. Most drivers appeared oblivious as to what had happened, and plodded along at about 10KPH. I reported this several times to no avail. In fact I was told to mind my own business twice at least. I was also asked who I was and what would I know. This attitude to track maintenance and replacement, is typical from the owners and management of this mill and apparently its Belgium owners.
