Hi,
It is likely to be 1985, as Linda was not in traffic in 1984. It is also pictured as a a coal burning Gas Producer Combustion loco in this picture (as typified by the ejector exhaust in front of the cab and absence of the oil tank in the tender). Red nameplates indicates 1985, as I painted them black in 1986.
