0-4-4-0T no. 99 5901 (restored ar Nordhausen-Wernigerode Eisenbahn no. 11) between Gernrode at Alexisbad in August 1979. The link between the Gernrode line and the main Wernigerode system, which was lifted after World War 2, had not then been restored and the Gernrode line was operated mainly by these Mallet tanks.
