The Moulmein to Ye line, a distance of 144km is an isolated stretch of Myanmar Railways, which is situated on the eastern side of the Gulf of Mottama. Preserved at Moulmein Depot, is YB 548 4-6-2 (Vulcan Foundry 5595/1947). The locomotive last saw service in the 1980's.
