The Roslagsbanan is the remains of a once more extensive network of 891mm (Swedish 3\') gauge railways running NE from Stockholm. It is currently an integral part of Stockholms modern public transport network but also hosts the Roslagsbanans Veterantågsförening, a small but active group that maintains 2 historic railcars, 2 carriages and 2 wagons in working order for excursions and charter trains on the network. The group is also restoring a 1918 built railcar in Stockholm.
